開放實驗室——超高溫加熱和計量工程技術中心
· 公司投資300多萬元,建造了一個1500m2、面向公眾開放型的超高溫實驗室。在這個實驗室里,可以進行 1200℃、1400℃、1700℃、1800℃、2000℃、2200℃、2500℃、3000℃ 真空、氣氛、氧化條件下的燒結實驗、熱壓燒結實驗、熔點測試實驗,超高溫無機材料的力學性能測試試驗等。

超高溫理論——超高溫方面的重大理論發明
· SIGMA超高溫的定義:在氧化氣氛條件下,1800℃以上的溫場稱為超高溫溫場,能夠長期接觸式測定1800℃以上的溫場的溫度傳感器稱為超高溫傳感器,能夠在1800℃以上長期使用的發熱元件稱為超高溫發熱元件,能夠在1800℃以上長期使用的的箱式電阻爐稱為超高溫箱式電阻爐。

Long-term contact measuring temperatures above 1800 ℃ temperature field sensor is called ultra-high temperature sensor. Long-term use of heating element above 1800 ℃ is called ultra-high temperature heating element. It is possible above 1800 ℃ long-term use of the box-type resistance furnace known as ultra-high temperature box resistance furnace.
